My Journey

My name is Maria Crespo; I am a Colombian immigrant interested in helping and supporting the Latino community. I studied industrial engineering because this profession allowed me to optimize processes and generate positive changes in the service. Along that path, I found an exciting way: logistics and the supply chain. After a while, I started working in another field that allowed me to provide quality moments to people. I dedicated myself to digital marketing and social media content, where I reconnected with my creative side.

In my life, I have always been in constant search and learning to improve customer service processes. I have always wanted to do things to give others moments, wow moments, for which, after many years, I decided to go back to school and study  Software Development. Upon entering, I confirmed that with software development, I can combine creativity and innovation always to provide the best service.

I am a pragmatic, proactive woman with communication skills and always willing to go the extra mile. I firmly believe in teamwork, being strategic, thinking outside the box, and following discipline until the result adds value to the company. I am passionate about results and connectivity. I am inspired daily by my husband and my two children, who are my engine. I like to read, do sudoku puzzles and walk in my free time.
